Photographer William Eggleston had a talent for turning everyday scenes into captivating pieces of art. No detail was too mundane for Eggleston’s lens.
The true charm is that Eggleston’s photos capture life as it is, or was in an era. It’s hard not to look at this shot of a trolley boy and recognise the influence of the 1960s on men’s fashion today – notably, the quiffed hairstyle.
